About

Movement quality can be defined as the ability to maintain a targeted movement with sufficient mobility and stability. In recent years, it has become widespread to evaluate the quality of movement in individuals who are interested in sports for both professional and recreational purposes. Movement quality is one of the main skills we work on developing in dance and acrobatics training. In this free course, we want to provide you with knowledge about the different aspects of movement quality. You'll be introduced to the scientific foundations of mobility and flexibility training, as well as methods to measure your movement capacity and motor control. Finally, we'll guide to workout methods that will help you overcome your movement quality issues.
