This programme is specifically designed for those who want to follow a workout routine from the comfort of their homes. This is a progressive course, and we'll increase it's hardship level step by step. The course is structured in terms of levels and targeted areas. If you're an annual membership holder, we'll provide you mentored programming, which means we'll guide you to create a balanced workout routine out of the exercises or group of exercises shown here. Early levels of the class requires only a mat but in time you'll need resistance bands, yoga blocks and weights.
