Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that induces deep relaxation in a state between wakefulness and sleep. It involves lying down comfortably while following a series of verbal instructions that help you relax your body, focus your mind, and connect with your inner awareness. This practice promotes physical, mental, and emotional healing, and is used to reduce stress, enhance self-awareness, and achieve a deep state of rest and rejuvenation.
