PDC Movement Quality Guide is a free to join assessment programme suitable for Athletes and Newbies (check out the Courses section). You can find the programme under the Flexibility & Mobility category of the Online Classes section, too.

If you're starting your S&C (strength and conditioning) and mobility journey just now with us we recommend you first sign up to this programme and assess your movement capacity level.

Dance training is a lot about quality movement and all the strength and flexibility training we do is to maintain that. So, we can confidently say dancers (together with acrobats) are supreme examples of movement quality and we have our unique training methods.

There are multiple systems out there to screen movement capacity and to improve movement quality. Some of these methods are sport-specific and designed for elite athletes, some of them are suitable for sedentary individuals and recreational athletes. In our case, optimising movement quality is the main motive and all the exercises, routines or drills we do are designed with that purpose in mind. So, if you want to train our way, you need to know your movement capacity level and what movement quality is.

That's why we designed this progressive programme and decided to offer it for free. It's a progressive programme because we'll keep adding to it new sections as we learn from our experiences with our clients. The opening section of PDC Movement Quality Guide offers a scientific article defining and explaining the science behind movement quality training. The following sections offer methods to measure your current movement capacity, we call it The Asymmetry/ Alignment Test. And we are offering solutions for each asymmetry or alignment problems you may diagnose in your musculoskeletal system.

The list of sections may differ depending on when you have signed up to this programme, as it is a progressive one, so please do check it regularly for new additions.
