Data Usage

We know how valuable your time is. Therefore, we want to provide you with online services that require minimum buffer time and data usage. That's why our pre-recorded videos are usually 1080p or 720p which allows you to download them faster and without much mobile data usage. This is to give you more freedom of movement and to make it easier for you to tune in to them whilst you're at your gym or outdoors without being concerned about how much mobile data or buffering time you'll spend.

Our livestreams, on the other hand, are mostly 4K to guarantee a more fluid streaming experience. Livestreams always spend more data than pre-recorded videos. Therefore, we do not recommend joining our live sessions on mobile data to avoid additional charges from your mobile service provider. We always specify if a livestream will be 1080p or 4K.
