Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please read this carefully before signing up to a membership plan as some of our services do not offer a cancellation or refund policy.
We have three membership plans which provide access to all our online programmes. None of these membership plans provide access to our studio classes.
Because our online classes include pre-recorded videos (not downloadable) and downloadable PDFs we cannot offer a mid-plan cancellation policy. But if you sign up to a membership plan by mistake, we offer you a full refund, provided that you apply for a cancellation within the first 24 hours. For that, you’ll need to contact us via our email: support@pdcstudio.online and we expect you not to have joined any of the online classes. We can track that on our system. If you have joined multiple online programmes, you're not eligible for a refund. If you have mistakenly joined one programme, you'll be refunded the rest of your payment excluding the price of that programme.
All our online programmes are available for solo purchase without committing to a membership plan but long-term membership plans provide better value, plus tailored mentorship. Our Silver Membership is a one-month trial plan so you can use it to see what we're offering before committing long term; however, you can buy that trial plan only once.
Our membership plans don't have auto-renewal system, either. So, once your one-year period is due, you will not be automatically charged for further years. You'll need to purchase a plan again to continue your journey with us.
We do not offer a cancellation policy for individually purchased online programmes, either but most of our online programmes (bar masterclasses) are free to join in the first few days we publish them.
