Hello PDC Army,
As our new season is set to kick off on 9 September, we would like to give you a quick briefing about what lies ahead.

We are delighted to announce that throughout the 2024-2025 season -and hopefully further on- we are adding Adult Ballet classes to our studio programme. To know more about the programme and to book your spot, you can visit the Studio Classes section of our website.
No matter if you have prior experience or not, this class is for you if you have ever dreamt of delving into the magical world of classical ballet. You’ll be in good hands with our energetic and versatile ballet coach Begüm Gönenç who has 21 years of teaching experience despite her young age. Click here if you want to know more about her.
We are starting a new Beginner 1 Pole group class, too. This will be our only fresh beginners class this term as our capacity is almost full, so be quick if you do not want to wait for the next season. You can find the details about the class also on the Studio Classes section.
And what’s new on the website?
First of all, we have started a Referral Programme for private pole sport packages. By signing up to the referral programme and bringing along a friend of yours, you (and your friend) will be awarded a Pole Sport PT Flex (pt packages that allow class rescheduling) at the same price as Pole Sport PT ECO (fixed slot pt sessions). To learn more about these packages, please visit our Studio Classes and Membership sections.
There are a few online classes to be uploaded this September. First one is the long-awaited Mobility 1, we’ll talk about all the details soon. A new challenge is coming your way this month, too: The Bridge Challenge. We’ll help you improve your strength and flexibility slowly towards that super cool back bendy pose. It’ll be free to join for a limited number of participants in the first week it goes online so subscribe to our mailing list to be the first to know.
Another online programme coming your way this September is the Vertical Fitness Newbie. This routine merges ballet, barre and pole techniques and all exercises are done standing, so you will not even need a mat. You may need a supporting bar/object for some deep sits or to maintain balance and orientation though, but even a squat rack or chair will do.
We’ll talk more about these classes when the time comes, so consider this as a quick “we’re back” announcement and let’s stay in touch.
xx
WE ARE SO BAAAACK!!!!!
